Critics who say Mbappe is a speed merchant with limited technical skill are getting so tiresome. Go back and watch his goal in this game and try to explain how that goal did not require a very high degree of skill. Mbappe is a generational player and a joy to watch. Enjoy him while you can instead of looking to constantly mock and belittle him. He’s so good.

A game is not won until the final whistle. Real Madrid players relaxed after they thought they had secured the win and almost paid the price. I recall seeing a similar thing towards the end of last season where they were leading by 4 goals but the final result ended up being a draw. Anyway, we won at the end of the day but the final 10 minutes of the game were needlessly stressful.
