For this to work the cell size has to start out to bigger than your images. So in his video his script shows cell size of 180px but his pictures are smaller. If the cell size is the same as or smaller than your pictures you will not be able to see your pictures. Took me a couple of times watching before I saw the answer.

It really works! and you can have all pictures size the same. The first three minutes were to create the directory of all pictures. Can skip if you already have it.

worked for me but the images are rotated 90 degrees. When I try to rotate them in excel they lose their place in the cell. Any suggestions?
