It mentions the sea keeper. But only for at anchor or tied up at the dock. I thought that its purpose was to stabilize the boat under way and could also be used at rest if you didn't mind the noise.

I think I have found it. Exept powder coat > stainless or chrome etc....FLIR? Light bar? Too much wood. However, I do concur, that every million it just gets mo and mo betta upto abhout 6 mil
