Before we move forward, I've gotta ask: What flashlight do you EDC? Sound off below in the comments!

Today we shed light on an EDC item most of us take for granted - flashlights. Most people I know in the industry swear either by the US Made heavy hitters (Surefire, etc.) or a handful of imported flashlight companies like Olight, Fenix, etc.

Lumintop has been quietly (but diligently) working in the background doing both OEM and production work on some of the best quality imported flashlights available today. Will the EDC05 be enough to knock my Olight out of the pocket? Let's find out!

I have been using rechargeable lithium ion batteries for years (18650s for vaping). I have been conditioned to avoid any battery that has the name "fire" in it. I know flashlights are generally safe because they don't draw power as quickly as vaping does.
