A few years ago I came to Philadelphia to visit a friend. One day I came to Reading Market and ate your sandwich. I come from the homeland of cuisine and I have eaten many good things in my life. Your sandwich is among the top ten best things I've ever eaten in my life.

DiNic's hands down the best sandwich in the world! Grandfather and Father always there when we stopped in for lunch in the 80's and 90's. Would walk there at least once a week no matter what weather outside just to have a special lunch. So glad to see they are still there keeping the high standards!

Life long resident of the City of New York and the DiNic roast pork with rabe and long hots with sharp provy In Reading Terminal is my favorite sandwich in the world. Cap it off with a cannoli from Termini Bros and you cant beat it. Cheesesteaks are for tourists.

Great Video and he make this Italian Pork Sandwich the correct way. I have been eating Italian Pork Sandwiches for 70 year. The Pork is sliced. Some places make is with pulled pork. That is not the real Italian way.
