i had multiple breathing underwater dreams sometimes where i cant turn around to the surface. what does this mean in detail? i know a chunk of bashars information but id love this explained

How even? I got the dream today that I was being chased by some aliens and I was trying to run from them, there was a sea and I jumped into it to save myself.
I also saw speckles of lights on the tree in front of my house that I couldn't explain.

I just had one of the most traumatizing dreams I had. I think it was unnecessary because the information it wanted me to know thru that dream could have been informed in a non traumatizing and gentle way. Why do some dreams have to be so traumatizing and brutal and involve our deepest fears coming true. Like having a giant flying bug landing right on your face as if it's really happening in real life. I don't like this. I hate this.
