I loved that look on Adam's face when MJF yelled that he would wrestle him. That was Adam Cole doing what he does best, baiting someone into a match.

I think this was my favorite MJF promo ever, and I love that he did most of the talking and that it was largely praise for Cole, until he needed to take a few shots. Also thought Cole did really well here. I hope this match whenever wherever it takes place ends in a DQ type finish so Cole doesn't lose and MJF doesn't win so when they face each other again down the road it feels bigger.

I'm glad they're moving Adam Cole on from the Jericho feud and putting him with MJF because this is a feud I've been waiting to see since Cole debuted in AEW given how he's one of the few in the company that can hold his own in a promo battle with MJF and how good they both are in the ring. Hopefully this goes beyond the non-title match they're having next week because this at least deserves to be built up to Forbidden Door.
