I've always wanted to see what happened to Flashpoint Superman after he was freed from the government's control. The idea that the Kryptonians are alive and possibly going to invade Earth is pretty cool and terrifying. Although, I've got to be honest. If I were in Flashpoint Superman's shoes, I would have gone somewhere with plenty of yellow sunlight and started working out until I was as jacked as the OG Superman, or Thragg from Invincible, before calling my people in for an invasion. Also, I loved it when Batman said that the Divine Continuum owed him one. As great as the other superheroes are, Batman is definitely the one that carries DC.

Divine Continuum with both it's 'D' and 'C' letters using DC's logo felt meta af. And the fact Batman's gonna ruins it makes it all even more meta since if any DC character that's influential enough to do it, is Batman himself

I feel like the lesson Thomas might learn from this is that he seems to do things and take incredibly drastic actions because he's convinced that someone is messing with him in this universe and that if he can stop them then his universe will cease to exist hence the continuous "Nothing Matters" line. I think he'll learn that his world was given a second chance at exisiting by Bruce and he'll learn that his universe isn't a joke or a plot. He'll have to start understanding the importance of his unverse's existence and change the way he does things.

I'm not sure Geoff Johns has much a high ground to stand on when it comes to his ideas being undone and not sure I get why this video seems to view him as trying to shrink the scope when he's one of the reasons it got so big in the first place. I still have some hope but the fact he's bringing back Mime and Marionette, two characters who felt so forced in Doomsday Clock, worries me. I want to like the basis of this series but it seems obvious Johns is going to make this a massive reality breaking series, again, and these characters will just be props so he and reset things.
