THANK This finally worked for me. Other videos showed me how to set up another network or put the two vms on the same network but they wouldn't ping each other! now it works!!!

Will this work for a VM on two different hosts? I'm trying to network a domain server in a VM on one host and a domain member in a VM on another host machine all within my LAN.

Thanks for the video. I followed the same steps but the VMs in my case do not have ipv4. So, they cannot talk to each other. Should I have wifi connection for this?

I did the exact same steps that you did, and my Guest servers are receiving Private IP addresses. Any advice? I thought Virtual Box acted as the DHCP server. Do I need to install a DHCP server on one of my Servers?

hi, i did the exact same steps with win7 and win2012 with static ip enabled, and dhcp server enabled in the win2012, the client win7 cant obtain an ip from the dhcp, if i assigned static ip for win7 then i can ping.
so how to do the let the client to get an ip from the dhcp
