Bd3 was blunder because after Qxc3 Rb3 the winning move is Qa5! Controlling the critical h5 square after Bxf6 Bxf6 Bxh7+ Kxh7 And there is no Qh5+ ‼️

Later Re8 was blunder coz black had Bxf6 Bxh7+ Kxh7 Qh5+ Kg8 Rh3 and it looks like black is lost, but they have Bh4!! Rxh4 and f5!

actually on whites Rb3 black was winning but had to find Qa5 insead of retreating to c6 because after Bxf6 Bxf6 Bxh7+ Kxh7 Rh3+ Kh8 there is no Qh5 because the queen from a5 is defending that square and there would be a queen trade and black would be up 2 pieces and completely winning
