Save this melty vegan ‘tuna’ calzone recipe 🤤 It’s quick to make and high in protein for extra satisfaction 🌱

Here’s the recipe👇🏽

Ingredients:

🌱 1/2 pack Seabloom ‘Tuna-Free’ Flakes
🌱 Vegan Mayo (I used @doctor_wills)
🌱 Olives
🌱 Red Pepper
🌱 Onion
🌱 Dairy-free cheese (I used @violife_foods)
🌱 Wrap (I used @crostamollica )

Tomato ‘pizza’ sauce

🌱 Olive oil
🌱 Thyme
🌱 Tomato purée
🌱 Chopped tomatoes 
🌱 Salt

1. First, combine 1 tbsp of tomato purée, 1 tbsp of chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp of olive oil and a sprinkle of thyme and salt to make your tomato ‘pizza style’ sauce.

2. Separately, combine 1/2 a pack of (defrosted) Seabloom ‘Tuna-Free’ Flakes with 1 tbsp of vegan Mayo.

3. Fry 1 chopped red onion and 1/2 a sliced red pepper in 1 tbsp of olive oil until golden.

4. Once you have prepared the fillings, load one half of the wrap, fold it, and close it up with a fork. 

5. Heat in the oven at 190 (gas mark 5) for 15 minutes and enjoy!
