While they were all lovely, I think the ratio of cake layers to frosting were off. The cake layers were so high but the frosting between was so small.

Maybe tap the pan on the counter after piping in the dough to flatten it and get rid of any air bubbles!

У всех этих тортов одна проблема, большие коржи, и мало крема между ними, из-за чего все выглядит, внутри как кекс и жутко сухое. Но сам декор снаружи интересный и красивый.
P.S. Возможно здесь именно декоры тортов показывают, поэтому то что внутри хуже чем снаружи 🧐 фиг знает 😅
