The Magic of Tube Worms🪱🪸

Показать описание
Have you ever seen a feather duster tube worm before?
The "feather duster" part of the worm is actually a crown of tentacles called radioles, which the worm uses to filter-feed and breathe. And they can be quickly retracted into the worm's protective tube when threatened (like you see in the video). When the worm senses danger, such as a nearby predator, it will quickly pull its radioles into its tube, making it look as though it vanished in the blink of an eye!
