Those are great points. I really like the number 3 because being an entrepreneur we need to be able to communicate with the audience, understand them better for their needs so that we could always come up with better services to serve them. And also number 4 to embrace failure, we always have the fear of failing first and when that happens we feel demotivated to continue and hence we do not embrace it. Once we understand that by embracing we only grow and take it as a learning curve then there would be no fear. It just the matter to push. Thanks for the value Peng Joon!
