Made with Flip Fluids in experimental forces version for Blender.
I used a surface force on the mesh he crawls on.
Animated viscosity, gravity in scene and on force, and friction on obstacle
object.
Eyes are parented to a plane that's shrinkwrapped on the fluid, and animated along.
Rendered with Redshift in Maya!
