I want to know where the money that people have to pay in fines due to (example: a dog that got loose and "attacked" someone's free ranged chickens (which tbe judge didn't even know if it was legal to have them in our area) even if the chickens had no actual wounds (no physical wounds, no blood, nothing except a couple dead chickens) which only died from a heart attacks (i guarantee this and this is extremely common for this animal when under any kind of "stress" aka example of this would be being chased) when an animal or even a person runs through/after them can cause them to have a myocardial infarction (heart attack). The owners of the chickens chose to free range them which means they're not kept in an actual chicken coop all the time and left to roam around the woods and other private properties which is this specific situation. I'm not sure how this is even allowed especially when they don't even know if they can actually have chickens where I live.

So, where does this money go? This fine is extremely costly ($500.00 a year or they will put your dog down if not paid and arrest the owner and hit them with another fine on top of it), you also have to put up fences that meet their standards, muzzle your dog at all times they're outside (even in a fenced in yard), and the dog must be on a leash or chain that's only 10ft long and I'm honestly not even sure if that's correct (might be less).

The other people in this story (the chicken owners) ended up eating their chickens. The owner smirked at me constantly in court because I tried to represent myself against the dog warden (who lied and did not have sufficient evidence to even show in court), and everything I said was basically thrown out because "I WASN'T ASKING IN QUESTION FORMAT"... apparently it's like the game show jeopardy which i made a comment about in court and that I was NOT an attorney and was representing myself and was not used to making statements in "question format".
