Homemade Nutella without any refined Sugar or palm oil ! A healthier alternative

1 cup Roasted Hazelnuts
1/2 cup Soft Dates
2 to 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 tbsp Milk Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/3 cup Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate
1/4 cup Milk to blend it

- Roast Nuts well & cool it down before grinding
- The quantity of milk can be adjusted as per the consistency
- You must refrigerate this & it stays well upto 2 months in the fridge

Tip - if u wanna increase the shelf life, don't use milk, instead melt the chocolate for smooth blending...u can also separately blend the nuts first so that they release their oil and make it easier to blend
