We sadly do not sell danger magnets at shopevanandkatelyn.com ... but we DO have some sweet new Joob themed sticker sheets

For the debate at 25:49 - the nail polish is dry, but it has to be gel/other type of "sticky" nail polish for the powder to stick to it. Like if you run your finger on the nail's surface, it has to feel clean, dry, but a lil bit plastic-like sticky, so the surface doesn't just allow the powder to slide off.

I had to pause to CACKLE with the “recreation in PAINT” screenshot joke. LMAOOOO

the ring magnet could be good as maybe a "meteor if death" scene! Like, paint a canvas to look like a planet and then do red, orange, yellow and black spikes to show an explosion, with maybe a resin meteor in the center where there's no filings!

Not sure if you guys will see this but I just wanted to thank you guys. My fiance died just over a month ago leaving me and our 2 year old daughter in a very precarious position but your videos have been a really great distraction from the stress and pain of it all. So thank you for doing what you do. ❤

You created the MOST beautiful take on the old windows logo! I dig it! 💚💚 It's even framed in black to emphasize the mourning over the colors it lost along the way.
It's ordered wrong tho 🤣

I really love how this experiment has turned out! Would be interesting to see what else you could cook up with this.

I think seeing some quite a bit thinner could've been cool. I've seen magnetic nail polish and it's thin, but it makes really cool looking lines. So maybe thin on the background with the cool line effects. And then you just do a medium thick mixture just on top of the magnet. That would look very cool I think.

The neon and black magnet painting kinda looks like a volcano? What if you added resin inside to look like lava to make it look more volcano-y? 🤔 Also loved the video as always! ❤ Just thought of another idea- the magnet affect kinda looks like fur so what if you make a 3D Jooby painting using the same effect!? 😮 😄

I was thinking like OOooo if you do the ring one, let it dry, then do a center one, You could make 3D looking flowers!!! And do like two a canvas, (4 dry times), but yeah! I love this I watched the live stream when you posted it here and I love the edit!

pigment fixer would probably work, it's used in miniatur painting to lock pigment, so it still looks like dust, but can't be removed

What Evan suggested for the dry-brushing of the duochrome was actually sort of what I was thinking from watching Cristine on Simplynailogical when she's painted her nails using chrome powder! I feel like this sort of magnetic painting is something Nigel (specifically his NileBlue channel) might have fun trying out 😊 The final art came out really cool and the texture seems really fun to paint with~

Have you guys thought about painting with fire? Steven spazuk is famous for standing under his canvas and using the candle soot to create images, and the flames that putter over the canvas are mesmerizing, i think it might be a dangerous but fun activity for the chaos inside of evan!

Halfway through the vid, you should clip the painting upside down so it's not fighting gravity. Also, look into making an electromagnet so you can play with the size of the field with an adjustable knob. Great video!

The varnish was such a good choice! Really brought out the dry brushed sparkliness

That's a pretty cool effect! When you guys moved the lighting around to showcase the dual chrome pigment better, all I could think off is that a frame that integrates a moving light source could be really cool for this project also.
I think it would be pretty cool having something like that both to get the full range of colors while also casting shadows that accentuates the forms you guys achieved with the technique.

I feel like this would be a really cool way of flocking miniatures and terrain pieces!
