Kerala state lottery that how low a state can go to get revenue from the people. I think the only state to gain from lottery sales. Why don't you guys stop conducting strikes and encourage industries and tax them instead. Being a mallu I know it's just a dream, all this guys could do is setting up IT parks which remain shut because of routine strikes. God bless God's own country.

Kerala is smart af. 80lack max winning price. whey would have earned around 10-13 crores in ticket sales. 80lakh is taxable @ 30% flat rate. so all in all they're getting their money back. xD
