Whoever decided to use that sound for the video should be forced to listen to it on repeat for hours

Basically the light is reflected off the water but the polarized effect from the glasses reflects the light right back and you can see so much clearer

For those asking - These are the Costa SaltySeamen with CD500 lenses. The CumDump500 lenses are used by 8/10 professional fisherman as of 2022 so they must be good. I love mine.

This works because when light bounces off something it becomes polarised, ie when it bounces off something flat on the floor the light waves reflecting are wiggling up and down, so all you do is you filter out the up and down light waves too see the left and right (from normal reflection under the surface of the water)

The light reflected by a surface gets polarized parallel to it, wich means that a part of the beams are horizontal. On the other hand, the polarized glasses filters all the horizontal light beams, so we can see only the vertical ones, reducing the amount of the reflected light that is captured by our eyes. I'm sorry for my english.

I’ve never owned a pair of polarized, but I wore my uncles while bass fishing and it is such a nice advantage.

I lived in Florida for 7 years and we did a lot of kayaking on the rivers. You absolutely do not get in Florida rivers without polarized sunglasses....I was surprised at how many gators are below...I was even more surprised to find out some of the rivers were like 30 feet deep in places with stunning white sand. The view into the water was amazing.

Frrrr. Whenever I go fishing, I wear polarized glasses, and I can see all the tiny fish (I like to go micro fishing)

A someone with clear eyes, I use polarized sunglasses because the light hurts, a lot, even more when it's reflected on clouds, clear walls or even paviments. Sometimes I can't open my eyes without them

When I was a lifeguard polarized sunglasses were required because they made such a difference in how much you could see
