A tragedy for the world - a reckoning for our nation. The U.S. and the Holocaust is a new documentary from filmmaker Ken Burns that examines the rise of Hitler and Nazism in Germany in the context of global antisemitism and racism, immigration and eugenics in the United States, and race laws in the American south. The three-part series will be shown on PBS over three days, starting on September 18.

Join us for a special discussion featuring Anti-Defamation League’s James Pasch; Facing History’s Mark Swaim-Fox; Holocaust and Humanity Center’s Sarah Weiss; Ohio Council on Holocaust & Genocide Education’s Mark Cole; moderated by Maltz Museum’s Dahlia Fisher. Followed by audience Q&A.
