Leadership Lessons from Bali: Rich in Character Virtues

Reflecting on my time in Bali, I was reminded of the enduring leadership virtues of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, and self-control.
Here is a quick recap:
• Universal Virtues are Timeless: The character traits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control, which Paul listed in his letter to the Galatians 2000 years ago, are still just as relevant today. These virtues know no boundaries and are as relevant in leadership today as ever.
• Cultural Richness and Kindness: During my time in Bali, I was overwhelmed by the kindness and warmth of the local people. It reminded me how important it is to demonstrate these rich in character virtues in our leadership, irrespective of geographical boundaries.
