Can you do a “follow my instructions with your eyes closed” type of video? I’ve seen other asmrtists do it and it’s so relaxing being able to do the triggers while you’re drifting to sleep

I started my asmr journey by accident. Life long insomniac, i hurt my leg badly a year and a half ago and was laid up in bed a week or so. Pain + no sleep = more pain and depressed.
YouTube brought me asmr. Never heard of it.
Didn't especially like it, or understand what i was supposed to be getting from it.
Then, little by little, i found the good asmrists !!

Also, don't normally like light triggers because i have sensitivity to light, but this worked ! Really well. Thank you so much !!!

I love that you mentioned following the light flare. It's always something I do in these kinds of videos, but no one's ever mentioned it. Also the glow stick is probably the best trigger, hands down. The dotting with it was great ❤️
