I have those same shoes. I really like them, and with this comment I realize that I am getting old when I start noticing shoes, LOL. Great video. I just started playing 2 months ago and have been working on my game, forehand, dinking and now slowly working on backhand. Thank you.

Very similar to a tennis backhand...what's your backhand grip? Do you rotate your wrist or keep it firm? Thanks for the advice!

So, I wasn't the only one who's avoiding the backhands :) what you showed at the beginning of the video (avoiding backhands at all cost) is exactly what I do. Great video! Now I know why many do two hands when they go for a backhand 👍

Would you suggest buying a paddle with a longer handle if you want to start using a 2 handed backhand?

Greetings, Tim. Your Nike shoes caught my attention in this video. What model are they, please, and how do you like them? Have they come to be your favorite shoes? Thanks.

Why do I need to step into the shot? Is it poor form to be planted before and during swing where I open up my stance (my shoulders and feet perpendicular to the net) and then taking my ferris wheel swing?

It’s not a non-dominant hand. Both hands are dominant for the things they are supposed to be doing. The non-paddle hand has specific mechanics to do that the paddle hand cannot. Someday the pickleball world will realize this and provide better coaching.
