Sungur ko khutta

Also known as sungur ko khutta ko achaar is one of the comfort food i reach for once every while. Mind you if like me you choose to make it over a open pan (traditionally its made in a pressure cooker) the cooking process can be quite lengthy. If pressure cooker is available with you I would strongly recommend you to use that as it cuts cooking time immensely. If not, please stick with the method shown on video :)
