I love this Mongolian throat singing. ...it brings tears and resonates deep within my soul. I miss Mongolia but this singing takes me back to walking on the steppe and drinking Milk tea with beautiful local people in the Gobi. I am in pray that I can go back to Mongolia one day. THANK YOU>

I saw a show about Tuvian throat singing and learned how to do it.i would practice in the elevator at work when no one else was riding .many times when I got out someone would remark" did you hear that sound, I wonder what it was " .

I don't know if I'm the only one but I went through a total and complete mental walk. I was in complete meditation the whole 3 hours and I can honestly say I myself have done a lot of different types of meditation for about 4 years now and this was one of the most intense visual walks I've ever had.
