NHBRC says new homeowners need to be aware of dodgy developers

The National Home Builders Registration Council says it has been inundated with complaints from homeowners ranging from leaks and structural defects. Homeowners have been urged to only deal with home developers who are registered with the council to ensure that their rights are protected. The council says it does not have jurisdiction over developers who are not registered with it.
