In regards to the first video, what is happening is that the two people on film can't see the creature. The only way the creature can be seen is through the camera. They think their friend is playing a prank on him, so they just keep doing what they're doing. The camera guy is freaking out because he's trying to warn them but the other two people just do not believe him.

The 2nd one is so obviously a person it's ridiculous. The 3rd one shows what I think is a human body that's been submerged in water long enough for the sloughing of skin to be readily visible, it just slides off (not smelling like flowers) & will make the hardest recovery worker puke with great enthusiasm.
