Wham. Bam. Shamalamadingdong. Kaplooey. These are sounds that Jim Joseph Cramer has probably used to describe the stock market.

So what’s up with this jamoche? Is he a clown with a microphone, a stock Socrates, or somewhere in the middle? The Good Work Investigative News Team sat down with Jim to hear more about his life, beliefs and attempted stranglings of former employees.

Featuring a guest appearance by artist, actor and comedian Joe Borzotta, as well as interviews with the CEO/CIO of Tuttle Capital, Matthew Tuttle and The Wall Street Journal’s Heard on the Street editor, Spencer Jakab.

Video by Dan Toomey and Henry Stockwell

Thumbnail design by Seth Laupus

Title and packaging by Jen Walsh

Dan Toomey seems like the type of guy my grandma would call "a very handsome young man"

Ol' Jimmy Cramer has one thing that you modern traders don't have: a buzzer.

We have now fully investigated Jim Joseph Cramer. What should we cover next?

its not about the money you lost, but rather, the friends you made along the way.

“he had an early fascination with stocks as a child” has the same energy as “conner roy was interested in politics from a very young age”

Dan is such a firebrand. Stands in an active driveway despite a "NO STANDING" sign right behind him. This is the kind of hard-boiled reporting we need.

The 10th circle of hell is just this Jim Cramer look alike repeatedly greeting you with "Yes, Thank you, I am Jim Cramer, " in perpetuity.

I actually learnt the stock market from this guy as a kid. My dad (brilliantly) figured his ADHD kid would learn better from him, a high energy guy with a lot of sound effects. He always told me this, never take his advice. NEVER. He will push stocks he is personally benefiting from and he doesn't understand the market trends. I was warned since I was 6 to never listen to his advice but to just enjoy the fun show

its nice to see that, even during a time of budget cuts, talented people can still get enough funding to interview the real jim cramer

That Cramer lookalike looked like he was having a blast, good on him! 😂

I didn’t grow up with wealth. I grew up with stress, with bills, with “save every penny” mentality that never actually worked. Then I read Hidden Codex of Wealth by Dorian Caine, and I swear… it was like hearing the truth for the first time in my life. I wasn’t stupid—I was just never shown the real rules.

You said nuanced conversation doesn’t make for good television, but nuanced conversation is something that makes YouTube infinitely better than TV.

2:35 image of Harvard Crimson! “Facing Budget Cuts, Campus Polo Horses Shot” is amazing. Good job.

I wonder who would do better at tanking your portfolio - Cramer or those YouTube bots who talk to each other and advertise random Bitcoin traders?
