Pam I'm a retired cake designer I had also made afew similar to the one that you are showing in this video. Friut Cakes designs for weddings in the design of wedding cakes, a family member who was getting married came to me who were vegetarian could I make a cake like design like a wedding cake in fruit a light bulb went off in my head and as we were talking I was drawing on paper telling them I can make what they want ect.ect . And I made it in watermelon with different types of cut out shapes of different types of fruit just like you have in your video when they had a reception everyone was not only surprised but they were all amazed and it drew attention to all the guests then I start getting requests to make similar type of fruit cake not only for Weddings But for birthdays on any other celebration all made from fruit for other customers and family members just made one last year for a wedding . Pam you have the skills, you can start a little business just by making this !! It would be something that some people haven't seen before and would like to have one think about it 🤔 Hmmmm !? Just Sayin 😊
