For cable managing a standing desk, consider mounting a long extension cord under the desk and plugging in your desk accessories to that. That way there's only one cable going down to the ground, and the rest can be neatly shoved into a "cable rack" under the desk (I believe ikea sells some for cheap).

Just a tip for the cables, get an Ikea Signum cable rack and mount it underneath the table. Buy a large power brick and put it inside that and connect everything to it. Then you only have a single cable running from your desk to the power outlet.

You probably won’t see this, but in the case that you do, on Zoom calls you can toggle between mute and unmute by hitting Command+Shift+A, and that with Command+Tab and Command+Shift+Tab between apps (notes and zoom) may help you stay inconspicuous while you’re note-taking on Zoom calls.
