A less-known fact about Italy is that it has a free wine fountain! In the small town of Caldari di Ortona, in the Abruzzo region, a fountain dispenses red wine 24/7. The fountain was created by a local vineyard in collaboration with a non-profit organization. It's free for everyone taking the Cammino di San Tommaso pilgrimage.
