This story ignores the part where he begged for ten minutes to be taken to a hospital while cops ignored him. The full video is online.

"Possibly related to pre-existing medical ailments." Possibly is rather vague. There's too much of this going on. Why wasn't he promptly given medical aid?

“Medical issues” doesn’t equal “injuries”

Wow what a remarkable coincidence that he just happened to die from his medical condition at the exact moment he was being murdered

The guys doctor must have forgotten to tell him to stay out of trouble, stay calm and never run from the police.

Whether or not he had preexisting medical conditions is irrelevant. They were there, they claimed to be in control of the situation, they were doing "there job". That makes it there fault. That's just what it is.

Riots and looting on the streets breaking out right now because of this. Kentucky looking to declare Martial Law because of it. Dang.

Here's what bothered me about this story. I've read comments from folks that thought the friend should have contacted 911...Who put the suspect under medical duress? Who caused him to "have" those breathing issues?

RESPONSIBILITY rightfully belongs to the COPS to ensure he receives medical "assistance" because they caused his medical issue. Had they not "bothered" him, then he likely would have been fine. He wasn't having issues before the encounter.

Folks may not "like" her recording the situation, but she wasn't responsible or caused his situation. The cops did. Also, isn't it the policy that they call for medical assistance? Put the blame where it rightfully belongs.

Well if you see a cop on the side of road that was shot by someone he pulled over, or was hit by car while doing a traffic stop and the person he pulled over drove off,
or
the cop had a heart attack and the person he pulled over drove off,

*You are supposed to help the officer...*
*& if you don't help them it's on camera who you are*

It's not supposed to matter if the officer had the ATF, DEA OR FBI at his house about to arrest him and accuse the officer of crimes..

It is innocent till proven guilty.
