Many people have College degrees and look for people with experience to help them out when their in difficult situations at work. Some people are book smart and others are street smart. I don't think companies will lose talents due to this. This really wakes me up. I need to explore my IQ side and speed side as well when next year I'm going to apply back to the same place.
I failed, But I really enjoyed the test. It's what I need to be improved.
It's all about time, it will train your brain neurons to work faster and more effectively. I think this test is a good design.

All the angry people here 100% failed this test. I banged out a 87. (173 out of 183 correct). Would have gotten a 90+ if i was less nervous about 1 subject

After 2 days exercising I could improve my results about 1.5% on average compared to the results of the first Diagnostic Test.
It's a pity, that test: Word Meaning is not translated (from english to other language for non english speaking countries like in my case) Here couldn't do nothing.

The name of this test is not accurate as the test's true purpose is not to measure general intelligence. It's to see if you're a robot who can read, memorize, comprehend and then answer perfectly 50 questions in 5 sections each, in under 2 seconds for each question. Because the questions themselves are not hard and have absolutely nothing to do with the skills needed for the job you're applying for. Therefore it's unfair to expect candidates to be robots.

God forbid people take their time in the workplace so that they can do the job while minimizing their mistakes. Or take the time to think about a problem so that they con come up with the best solution. No, every employee in every company is a robot so you should be one too.

many people in comments are upset but remember it is you who needs a job more than business needs you. You are free to make your own business and make your own rules, until then if you need a job just do it. Now you don't have to take this test, not every business requires them.
