As a Pirate fan, this is like Christmas in June. I can't believe what I have seen these last two games. So well done. Yesterday Dickerson got a hit on a ball that bounced a foot in front of the plate. Today he hit a home run to left. Stallings goes three for three including a home run plus a walk. Newman is on fire with confidence. So many.of these guys were playing in Altoona just a short time ago. Kang's career appeared to be over. Who knows what the future holds? Great to see Musgrove DOMINATE!!

So Astros fans, you got your wish today, no Tyler White in the lineup. Was it everything you hoped it would be? Did the offense suddenly start hitting better and did the pitching stop serving up meatballs now that he wasn’t there? No? Not even a little bit? Well this is awkward. It’s almost like he wasn’t a major issue to begin with. It’s strange how it seems that one player’s performance doesn’t often move the needle in a TEAM sport isn’t it?
