Sounds wonderful. Most restaurants in this area boil it and then call it steamed. You can see it was boiled, not steamed. Any kind of brassica is better for you steamed.

Mine always cooked about 10-12 minutes cause I'm steam alongside carrot, baby corn, potatoes etc...
