Our lives are so similar.
I live in England, nowhere near beaches, no sunshine, there is a skatepark but it has heroin addicts in it and the closest we get to surf boarding is Ironing my daughter’s school uniform!
We are like Brothers!!

I love Paul and everything he's done for ppls health, but his lifestyle is something only 1% can attain. The average person working 9-5, or worse, what I did for a decade 4pm- 12:30am (or 2:30am), with kids and a spouse could only imagine a day like this on the weekend, maybe.

Regardless, the nutrition side is what's important and is attainable, so I'm grateful for Paul, but man, what a life.
