cool 66 punch down block that has 12 pre-wired RJ-11 ports on it. Very cool for Lab setups Or, go make moves, adds, and changes easy for those who can't work a punch tool.

The RJ-11 ports are pre-wired onto the back of the 66 block. 2 pair per RJ-11. (tip1/ring1 and tip2/ring2)

This one is made by the Siemon Company out of Watertown Connecticut. You can find these from Graybar, they're about $150 USD.

That's pretty cool Steve, I have a 12 port BIX version of that, very useful indeed! Makes it easy to plug in VOIP ATAs to my 0x32 MICS, which only has the big 25-pair connector for the trunks. I got mine used on eBay, but I think they're still manufactured. At least they're listed on Belden's latest catalog (page 48, 12 port USOC 4-pin, part # QCBIX36B /A0330863 ). Probably not as appealing outside Canada haha, but I imagine you've probably come across them more than a few times in your dealings with Nortel systems in the US.

Isn't this outdated technology? Most newer installs now have cables terminating on patch panels with RJ-45 jacks. If a devices for whatever reason needs and RJ-11 jack, you can easily make cable where one end is RJ-11 and the other end is RJ-45.
