I'm pleased to add the new Nordisk Svalbard PU (2.0) to my mountain tent collection. Nordisk describe it as their 'wind king' that can take extremely high winds. Now it's even better with it's pitch as one exoskeleton pole system and improved door. So now you can pitch quicker and the inner stays dry in foul weather. Looking forward to trying this in some challenging mountain conditions. Feels bomber, if only just slightly lighter than the benchmark Hilleberg Soulo.

I loved the original, can't wait for you to review this seemingly better incarnation. I hope you get the opportunity to "stress test" it in the conditions it was designed for. If your review is favourable, I might be tempted to buy one.

Still got my original Svalbard-1 Pu tent going strong, it’s my go-to winter shelter! I like how they’ve done this though, as that was one thing that bugged me about it - being an inner first pitch…
However not sure I’ll be swapping mine just yet for this new version..
It’s also my best coloured tent out of all the shelters I own, it’s very stealthy and just disappears into the landscape 😁
