A neighbor gal is moving today from her house as it was foreclosed on. She is still voting for Scamala and still thinks the most important thing is women being able to get scraped which they still can in most states. When you try to explain that the repeal of their precious law was that it moved it back to the states (like gun laws), she goes ballistic and screams "patriarchy this" and "men that". Living proof of the saying that a logical discussion with a woman is like trying to teach pigs to sing. It just wastes your time and annoys the pigs!

The pessimist in me thinks that as soon as federal income tax is removed individual states will raise their income tax to take up the difference.

Ending the IRS would stop a lot of "weaponization" against small businesses, religious groups, and individuals. It would stop the payout salaries of possible "armed IRS agents". It would stop their "penalties and interest". Many lawyers, judges, and others that make a living off of, and get rich, in the IRS industry will not be happy. The stress of paying Federal taxes would be gone.
We would gain factories and jobs, provided cheaper energy, certain guarantees, increased mining of materials for factories, etc.
