I think I'm most impressed by all 6x106 voice chips working as intended!

My 1st synth was a Juno 60. This brings back memories.

I love these demos, especially this one. Fantastic to hear both to iconic and wonderful synths. The Juno 60 and 106! 🎹

This is my favorite Synthmania video and it almost singlehandedly convinced me to buy a Juno-60.

Videos like these are why you're my favorite synth channel on YouTube.

Coming back to this all the time, really nice playing there. All about precise timing and not about that "ability to play X notes per second in a blues scale" crap...

It's amazing how each of these synths have their own voice and occupy their own space.

Clip 3: I hear my wife yell from the bathroom, "Jan Hammer called, he wants his music back." 😂😂😂

Excellent channel!! Been listening all afternoon. Love your synths and techniques!

The true mid 80s sounds!  The song at approx. 5mins mark reminds me of the band Alphaville.  The one before was a bit OMD-esque.

The first clip and intro pieces remind me of "Mammagamma" by The Alan Parsons Project. They also used a Linn Drum on that track.

I recreated your first Juno brass patch on the 106. Very nice sound!

The Last reminds of a neapolitan Singer of the 80s. Nice to hear a full Synth version. Grazie

My first synth ... the 106! I had a problem suppressing my desire for the new digital sounding keys and longed for synth that could make every desirable permutation of movie soundscapes. Had no money but eventually got a DX-7 FD2. The Yamaha was too scientific for my creative wanderings so my first love has a special place in my heart. 'Thankful that my VR-09 has shades of the 106.

Both sound awesome. The first jam kind of reminds me of the first few Alan Parsons Project records, and I mean that as a great compliment.
