Many YTs like you don't mention this and make it look like you HAVE to use the overclock to reveal gadgets but not entirely. You can use the regular ping button (Z on PC) to reveal the gadget itself, the overclock is there when you wish to reveal multiple gadgets simultaneously at once. So in a certain aspect it is a buff cause the overclock fully recharges your bar, and you just need press z on the stuff to find out if it is the defuser or not. Before the ping everything would completely drain it and disable the gadget for 5 seconds.

Edit: Z pinging while using the gadget doesnt reveal to that gadget it got pinged by Solis. Only when you use the overclock, and once you pinged a gadget it remains revealed. So ping the defuser and it will remain revealed to you for rest of the round.

Echo Buff: Give him an emp selective mode on his drone so he can be a
temporary counter to wall entry devices.
Striker: should they receive a shield? Old Recruit had one and I believe it would be a nice way to honor recruit. It would also be the first time we would have the option of an attacker shield having a shotgun.
Thorn buff concept: I just watched your video where the thorn goes BP after activated. I like that idea. Another concept I like is where it has a unique sound que (kinda like nomad) & if you get within its proximity it automatically detonates. I know you said it would be a mobile kapkan, but I think this would add a little bit of flavor. Make attackers aware it's there, punish them if they do not react.
Valk nerf/balance: Give her gadget a battery life. Red pings drain battery heavily, yellow pings drain battery moderately, & staying on the cam for too long will start to drain the battery as well.
Ela: decrease recoil
Mira slight buff: breaking glass can only occur on the 1-way mirror side.
Mozzie: give him back the super shorty
Nokk: allow her to use her ability to step through proxys & melusi's without detection.
Sens: when his R.O.U. Projector is active, give it a sound barrier/muffle the sound.
Aruni: when she melees a shield op, give her the ability to knock them down.
Alibi REWORK: make her prisma's roaming holograms within a certain radius. She places a 2 charges down with a max distance between the two tethers. A hologram will follow that path. An icon will appear in the bottom left corner with the room that hologram is in. When engaged by the enemy, a voice line is said to alibi, and that hologram's icon will turn red. To counter; simply disable the tether by knifing it or ignore the hologram (like we already do).

As per the Coreross test, Solis can actually individually ping gadgets she hasn't identified a lá IQ, which WILL identify that specific one!

All the overclock does is tell her exactly which gadget is where, and inform attackers on intel-utility they've been spotted.

That's it.

I figure most experienced Solis players will be able to figure out what gadgets are which by their movement and placement. And if they aren't sure, they can Z-Ping it! No overclock necessary!

This feels less like a nerf, and more like a ballance.
