Its just a flyer, and USA has freedom of speech and expression, so the disturbing factor is not that high; blaming another country - which happens to be Jewish - for problems, is not in itself racist ... although, it depends on the contents of the rest of that paper (and yes, it is possible that there is an overwelmingly influential Jewish lobby in US government, responsible for its internal and external policies. Live with it ))

I don't know who sent this or what the letter says or anything about their stance. However, Criticizing a nation for their undue influence in the affairs of our nation is not the same thing as "Blaming the Jews".
