South Carolina's recovery from the worst flooding it has ever seen took a few steps backward as even more rain came down. A total of 21 people have been killed from the flooding in the Carolinas. More than 200 roads and 100 bridges have been closed, and 20 dams have failed. David Begnaud reports.

Chief Stamford we commend you Sir for your Spirit of Service and Hospitality, besides being a Sheriff, I know that you are missing your second calling, because I've been to many Churches and if you're out of their jurisdiction, too bad, the pastors and church officials could care less.. Looking at the situation I can't imagine anyone wanting to stick around after all this. Not to mention the homes are ruined and people are really just struggling to survive.

While you looking at the flood ask yourselves how may time a day you thanked your Creator for providing you with roof over head? How many times a day you thanked Him for protecting you in daily traffics? How many times day you thanked Him for providing you a job in order to earn some money so you could use His provisions for you and your family? Or did you thank Him for health, happiness, security and all? If you did not the you realize why?! Happiness is submission to the laws of our land Lord Creator.
