You guys forget that the grand majority of boneless wings come frozen from the factory. Key word: FROZEN. The restaurant has no way of checking whether the factory made a mistake.

This law is to protect the restaurant. The factory is at fault, not the restaurant. It's not saying "boneless chicken has bones", its saying "you shouldn't be able to sue for it since the restaurant has no way to tell"
