Is Autonomous' SmartDesk Pro Standing Desk Worth It for Productivity?

Standing desks are a big craze today since working from home or hybrid working is now a normal part of society. However, people tend to have lower back, tailbone, and upper back pain from sitting all day long. In this unbiased review video, I share my personal opinion on how having a standing desk has changed my workflow and whether or not it is worth it to spend all that money on a desk that can move up and down.

Spoiler alert, your money might be better spent on an ergonomic office chair.

I bought a SmartDesk Pro last Summer. I love it! It's changed how I work. I can adjust its height really easily for desk height while seated and of course also for standing. Best desk I've ever owned. BTW, I also bought one of their ergonomic chairs, which is also the best chair I've ever owned. Autonomous just makes awesome products.

Damn, I really want this . Trying to find "the height" is pretty hard even with some adjustable chairs, since I switch chairs a lot, and putting height adjusting pillows is kinda annoying. I think it's worth 700 bucks for people that work at home, otherwise just go for gaming/office chairs. And the fact that they have an official channel with tutorials in it, is a much better option than having to look at step by step papers imo.
