Healthy 5-ingredient Blueberry Pancakes😍 This recipe is gluten-free & dairy-free! If you aren’t coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer, you can of course use regular flour in these☺️

1 mashed banana*
2 eggs
1/4 cup gluten-free flour (60 ml)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen (60 ml)

1. Mix the mashed banana with the eggs
2. Add the flour and cinnamon and stir until combined
3. Fold in the blueberries
4. Cook the pancakes on a non-stick skillet for a couple of minutes on each side
5. Serve with vegan Greek yogurt and more blueberries and some maple syrup, for example!


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, be sure to use an unripe banana
