DO you wear high heels? Then you gotta see these MUST-DO exercises!

Muscles are supposed to be strong and elastic structures which are ready to be explosive and ready for work demand. However, wearing high heels can cause muscular soreness, tightness and ache. In this video, I will showcase 3 easy peasy exercises to maintain and improve foot and leg muscle flexibility. Let’s do it!

1/ The calves & hamstrings : sit on your bed or have your leg resting on a chair while you sit - flex your body forward and down to try to reach to your toes with your knee straight and feet and toes flexed back towards you. Gently hold the stretch for a count of 15 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat 4 times. Make sure to breathe nice and evenly during the stretching.

2/ Foot arches
Get a tennis ball or a can and roll it under your arch while sitting. Do forward and backward motions and then do circular motions clockwise and then anti-clockwise. Make sure you apply firm pressure on each foot.

3/ Toe Spreaders
Wrap an elastic band or a hair tie over your toes and proceed to spread them out wide and hold for 5-10 seconds, do 10 repetitions.
