Hopefully you take this as a compliment Craig -I just organized rwo cupboards very late at night wirh headphones on, listening to your predictions. It gave me such focus & peace, despite some of the horrible information for many places.

I just got over a long and terrible cold type thing. What helped enormously was making a slow cooker full of cut up organic lemons, lots of thyme, cider vinegar, with the mother, and ginger root on a low / warm setting, to drink through the day, adding a big spoon of raw honey in the cup before you drink it.
