All I want is that wall pinning and the old first skill back. The old first skill was actually extremely good. Other than jumping into the backline, it also gave a huge mobility to Akai because of the amount of distance it covers up.

The reason why akai can still be picked in high rank is that he has the ability to jump at backlines and pin them to the wall. This revamp forces you to only push the frontline enemy since 1st range is so bad

And remember, high tier gameplay mostly involves choice hero with lots of escaping mechanisms. Hence his potential in higher rank will be reduced to a dire state given that even his cc skill (ult) no longer immobilize his opponents by cornering into the walls.

I still prefer the old one because I always use him whenever there's an enemy Estes. The jump from his skill 1 that can reach the backline was very helpful along with his ult that can split enemies that are stuck together.

I just want them to add some kind of pull effect on his stick or bamboo whenever he spins just like Vale's ult. Might be a bad idea but this is really interesting

Make his other skills able to use while ultimate is active. His passive Mark make its damage on skills instead

his survivability is reduced so bad. I remember using the old akai where I escaped a 4v1 situation using only his 1st skill with low cooldown. As a suggestion, I would like to retain the jumping mechanism of his 1st skill but changing the stun to knock-up and with the rolling part in the end. I think it would be much better because it can be used to jump to the backline or used as an escape skill. The animation would be much better I guess.

I still wanted the old gen akai where his 2nd skill will give him damage reduction, a ground smash with a damage depending on his health along with his rolling ult which has a superior knockback, I was an Akai user that time but yeah they changed it ://

Akai is the most difficult and aesthetic tank, because stun locking 3 enemies at once feels so much satisfying than getting a savage

The stun Lock is what makes akai so deadly isn't? It's what makes me choose him and why his my favourite tank to use even in high rank his presence makes assassin's think twice before jump on the back line coz they can get pinned..

Also I'm not sure about this kind of thinking of moonton making the heroes character friendly... If the heroes required some skills to be able to be effective then leave it as that..

Old Akai could extend the range of his leap with flicker. Makes new Akai look a bit more linear in his approach.
